New Hope Ministries was founded by Elder Moses L. Scott, He started in 1995 with a home-based bible study. In April 1999, God blessed him with a small building transitioning Elder Scott from teacher to Pastor and launching a holistic-focused ministry. Years later, God blessed New Hope with a larger building and land, literally enlarging its territory. After 21+ years of faithful, dedicated service Elder Scott entered a new chapter of his life, retiring as Pastor of New Hope Ministries. A new chapter of hope began with the installation of Elder Oliver W.
